Romain Denis

Romain Denis holds an engineering degree from ESME Sudria with a specialization in banking and finance.

He has over 25 years of experience in IT systems, operations, and financial services, including fund management, securities, and insurance services. Romain joined Lemanik Asset Management in March 2025 as Group COO.

Prior to this, he held several leadership positions, notably at FundRock Management Company where he served as Executive Director, Managing Director and Conducting Officer (Risk, Internal Audit, IT, Finance).

He also worked as a freelance consultant and held senior roles in project and IT management across various financial institutions.
