FundSight Surpasses €40 Billion in Assets Under Management

Eighteen months after its launch as an independent third-party Management Company, FundSight has surpassed €40 billion in assets under management, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s development and reinforcing its position among Luxembourg’s leading third-party ManCos.

The €40 billion threshold was reached on 7 August 2026, following a period of sustained growth since FundSight was established on 1 March 2025 through the carve-out of the third-party Management Company business previously operated by Lemanik S.A. and acquired by BlackFin. Since then, FundSight has secured 43 new mandates and now supports more than 120 institutional clients.

FundSight surpasses €40 billion in assets under management and returns to Luxembourg’s top 10 third-party ManCos, 18 months after its creation

Luxembourg, Thursday, 23 September 2026

FundSight S.A., an independent third-party Management Company based in Luxembourg,
announces that it has surpassed the threshold of €40 billion in assets under management on
7 August 2026. This milestone comes 18 months after 1 March 2025, the date on which
FundSight was born, following the carve-out of the third-party Management Company
business previously run by Lemanik S.A. and wholly acquired (100%) by BlackFin. Over the
same period, FundSight has signed 43 new mandates from a client base of more than
120 institutional clients, and confirms its place in Luxembourg’s Top 10 third-party ManCos.

A continued growth trajectory

FundSight’s assets under management rose from €34 billion at the end of December 2025 to €39 billion
at the end of June 2026, before surpassing €40 billion in August of this year. This growth represents an
average annual growth rate of 13% since the start of 2026, and FundSight reports more than €6 billion in
additional assets already in the onboarding pipeline by the end of the year.

A model that remains distinctive within Luxembourg’s top 10

FundSight positions itself as one of the last ManCos in Luxembourg’s top 10 to remain a “pure player” in
this business, without vertically integrating fund administration or depositary services. It relies on an
open network of more than 20 partners and on the distribution ecosystem of its shareholder, BlackFin. It
carries out its Management Company activity primarily in Luxembourg and Portugal, where it has a
center of excellence in Porto, with a branch in Paris. A potential acquisition in Ireland, considered in
particular as a lever to facilitate its clients’ access to the North American market, is among the Group’s
next avenues for development. FundSight is also the only Luxembourg ManCo to maintain a local
presence in both Tokyo and Hong Kong, where it has representative offices, as well as in the United
States, where the Group is established in New York and, more recently, in Atlanta. FundSight has also
embarked on a large-scale technological transformation, driven by the in-house development of its
NeoSIT platform and a proactive approach to artificial intelligence applied to its business.

“Eighteen months after our creation, we have surpassed €40 billion in assets under management and returned to the top ten third-party ManCos in Luxembourg.”

Xavier Parain, Chief Executive Officer, FundSight

A clear ambition for external growth

Beyond its organic growth, FundSight confirms its intention to continue its development through
targeted acquisitions, without disclosing further details on any deal currently under discussion. A person
has been specifically hired to lead this external growth strategy, drawing on both the experience of the
leadership team and the international commercial network already deployed by the Group. FundSight
presents these two growth drivers, organic and external growth, as complementary rather than
alternative paths, and intends to draw on both to consolidate its position within Luxembourg’s top 10
third-party ManCos.
