FundSight S.A. adheres to the rules laid down in the UCITS and AIFM Directives. The Management Company and its delegates have adopted a best execution policy designed to support the fair and prompt execution of portfolio transactions and investor instructions.

Complaint Policy

FundSight S.A. is subject to the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF”). The Management Company has adopted a Complaint Handling Policy for managing investor complaints effectively.

Investors may file complaints free of charge in the official language, or one of the official languages, of their Member State.

Upon receipt of an investor complaint:

  • An acknowledgement will be sent within ten business days where the complaint cannot be closed within that period.
  • The investor will be informed of the name of the person handling the complaint.
  • A response will be provided without undue delay and normally within one month of receipt. Where this is not possible, the investor will be informed of the reason for the delay and the expected resolution timeframe.

Where the complainant has not received a response, or a satisfactory response, within one month, the matter may be referred to the CSSF’s out-of-court dispute-settlement procedure.
