Romain Denis

Romain Denis joined FundSight in March 2025 as Group Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the Group’s operations. Romain serves as Conducting Officer in charge of Information Systems and Technology, the Supervision of Branches and Representative Offices, and Accounting.

Prior to joining FundSight, Romain held several leadership positions at FundRock Management Company, where he served as Executive Director, Managing Director and Conducting Officer. In this capacity, he was responsible for Risk Management, Internal Audit, Information Technology and Finance. He has over 25 years of experience in information technology systems, operations and financial services, including fund management, securities and insurance services.

Earlier in his career, Romain worked as an independent consultant and held senior project and information technology management roles across various financial institutions.

Romain holds an Engineering degree from ESME Sudria, specialising in Banking and Finance.
