Ewa Nagadowski
Ewa joined FundSight S.A. in November 2025 as Head of Fund Legal & Domiciliation and Corporate Secretary. She is responsible for fund legal and domiciliation matters and corporate secretarial services.
She has over 15 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial services sector, with expertise in fund law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and legal structuring across Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS).
Ewa holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Economic Law and the Luxembourg Cours complémentaires en droit luxembourgeois (CCDL) qualification. She also holds professional certifications in Compliance Modules 1 and 2 and has completed the ALCO Responsible du Contrôle Capacity Programme.
