IT Infrastructure Intern (m/f)

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of our IT team, you will help:

• Provide Level 1 technical support to users (workstations, software, printers, connectivity).
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations (Windows/Linux).
• Configure and maintain the Azure environment.
• Assist with software deployment and updates.
• Monitoring and maintaining IT hardware and inventory.
• Drafting and updating IT procedures and documentation.
• Exploring monitoring and asset management tools.

Your Profile:

• You are a student majoring in Computer Science (BTS, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent).
• You are looking for an internship lasting 2 to 6 months;
• You have basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• You enjoy working as part of a team;
• You are curious and motivated, flexible, and able to multitask;
• You have a good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
